At Stone Aim, we are fully committed to upholding the Labor Laws of the Government of Rajasthan, including the Employment of Children Act, 1938. We strictly do not employ child labor within our organization or through any of our suppliers, sub-suppliers, or associated divisions.

No Forced and Compulsory Labour

At Stone Aim, we firmly believe in upholding the highest standards of fair labor practices and employee rights. We ensure that:

  • No employee is forced to work under any form of penalty or to repay any debt.

  • No deposits are required at the time of appointment.

  • Employees are free to leave the company after completing their scheduled shifts.

Selection Procedure & Ethical Employment Practices:

  • We strictly adhere to hiring individuals above the legal working age of 18.

  • We do not employ anyone under threat, coercion, or the requirement to work involuntarily.

  • No compulsory labor is practiced at Stone Aim.

  • We do not retain original identification papers or withhold salary, benefits, or documents in order to force employees to stay with the company.

  • Employees are free to leave their designated work areas after completing their work schedule and can request termination after serving the required notice period.

Health and Safety

At Stone Aim, the health and safety of our employees are top priorities. We strictly adhere to all basic health and industrial safety regulations to ensure a secure and healthy work environment. Our safety measures include:

  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: All staff members are expected to maintain a neat and tidy appearance while on duty. We provide separate washrooms for men and women, and ensure that the premises are kept clean and hygienic for the well-being of all employees.

  • Filtered Water: We provide filtered water to all workers to ensure access to clean drinking water throughout the workday.

  • Employee State Insurance (ESI): All regular employees are provided with Employee State Insurance (ESI) cards, ensuring they receive necessary health coverage.

  • First Aid & Health Check-ups: Every department is equipped with a First Aid Box, and we organize routine health check-ups for both payroll and contracted employees once a year.

  • Protective Equipment:

    • Earplugs are provided to employees in the production department to protect them from high noise levels.

    • Masks are given to the workforce in the cleaning and packaging departments to prevent exposure to dust and dirt.

  • Safety Infrastructure: The company premises are equipped with emergency exit doors, fire alarms, and safety alarms on every floor and department, ensuring quick evacuation in case of an emergency.

Reasonable Working Hours

At Stone Aim, we believe in maintaining a balance between work and personal life for our employees while ensuring productivity and efficiency. Below are the key details regarding our working hours, breaks, and leave policies:

  • Working Hours: Employees are expected to work a minimum of 48 hours per week, with six working days and Sundays off, in accordance with the Weekly Holiday Act of 1942. The standard workday runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Breaks:

    • Lunch Break: Employees are provided with a one-hour lunch break, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

    • Tea Breaks: Two short tea breaks are allowed:

      • Pre-lunch Tea Break: From 11:00 AM to 11:10 AM.

      • Post-lunch Tea Break: From 4:00 PM to 4:10 PM.

  • Leave Entitlement:

    • Employees are entitled to 8 casual leaves and 1 earned leave for every 20 working days.

  • Overtime Policy:

    • While overtime is generally avoided, it may be considered on a voluntary basis and cannot be imposed on employees.

    • If overtime is required, it will be considered only on prior agreement and may extend up to 12 hours per week. Employees will be compensated for overtime as per the company’s standing order.
